Tom was in one of the earliest Pride parades in Minneapolis, when it was just a few brave souls in convertibles. Now it is one of the biggest events of the year and Tom is marching as a candidate for mayor! Come cheer him on at the 2017 Ashley Rukes GLBT Pride Parade and/or volunteer to help out our field team at the Festival.
Tom will join the other candidates as well as Professor Larry Jacobs and Lee Schafer, Business Columnist, Star Tribune for an important conversation regarding the most pressing issues facing our city. This event will take place at the Cowles Auditorium at the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. Admission is free.
